Customer service does exist, and the Trustpilot score hovers somewhere in the 4-star range, though some complaints suggest a slow claims process or confusion around the excess charge, particularly for lockouts. At this price point, you're not funding a fleet of gleaming orange vans, but you are investing in the possibility of not being abandoned at junction 18.
