About Joe

Joe has practised for over 30 years in the corporate and commercial legal environment. During that time he has acted for private equity houses, corporate investors, private investors and management teams. He has acted on both large and small, local, national and cross-border transactions. His main areas have involved mergers, acquisitions and corporate re-structures. He considers that he brings his vast experience of business understanding allied to his legal knowledge to enable him to analyse problems, distil advice and bring solutions quickly and economically.

Joe's primary role is acting for wide range of businesses from Incorporation to Flotation including LLP's and Partnerships.

He has extensive experience in M&A and Restructures and provided advice to shareholders and directors on Succession Planning.

Joe's client base includes clients in the following sectors:

- Travel and Leisure;
- Retail and Manufacture;
- Medical;
- Charities;
- Engineering; and
- Recruitment.

Additionally, Joe has had many years experience drafting both standard and extremely complex commercial agreements - e.g. confidentiality agreements (NDAs), franchising matters, outsourcing contracts, service agreements, supply contracts, affiliate agreements, agency agreements, software and general licence agreements and service level agreements and other licence agreements.
