We can deal with a range of enquiries. Our strength is in corporate tenant relocation / office acquisition services. We regularly advise business tenants who are within 3 - 12 months of their lease expiry or break date and who are looking to relocate. If a tenant is moving out of office premises, we will also deal with the dilapidations negotiations on their behalf. I would also like to provide quotes with any commercial leasing and property sale enquiries that come through Lexoo.
