I left the merged firm Penningtons Manches LLP in March 2016 to found Windich Legal, a legal consultancy specialising in IP, IT and commercial law. Windich Legal is a legal consultancy, not a law firm, and we do not practice as solicitors and are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. About their firm
Windich Legal is not a law firm: we are not solicitors and not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. However, we provide legal support equivalent to that offered by traditional law firms, such as assisting our clients in drafting and negotiating contracts and standard terms, providing dedicated support and project management on large-scale projects, and providing training and guidance to in-house sales and procurement teams. Our USP is that we offer the same skills and expertise as traditional law firms (which are where our consultants trained) but, because we operate as a consultancy and not a law firm, we run "lean" and can provide support more flexibly and affordably.
