About their firm

Elmann is a dedicated independent Danish corporate law firm. We have a broad international network and significant international experience, which we draw on when assisting our clients in Denmark and abroad. Elmann’s clients include Danish and foreign companies, banks, private equity funds and organisations within our practice areas. We strive to be accessible, flexible, responsive and have the business understanding that characterises a modern law firm. It is paramount to us that our advice is focused on creating value for the individual client. Moreover, we work according to a key account principle. It means that the client is linked up with one partner who is responsible for the client's assignments being solved by the attorney(s) that have the relevant competences. Elmann is regularly recognised for it's market leading reputation in the legal directories: "Elmann's "efficient" team advises international and Danish private sector companies, high-net-worth individuals, private equity funds and venture capital funds" - Legal500 2016 (M&A) "They have a better team for owner-managed companies than other firms in Denmark." - IFLR1000 2015 (Financial and corporate) "There are specialist senior partners in different key areas. The firm provides the full range of services." "The team's agility is important. It is not too big to get held up or too small to lack the necessary skills for M&A transactions." - Chambers Europe 2014 (Corporate/M&A) “Elmann Advokatpartnerselskab provides ‘fast, clear and cost-effective advice.” - Legal500 EMEA 2014 (Real Estate and Construction)
