I am a Solicitor and Senior Associate specialising in employment law, advising employers and employees on employment law issues. I have experience in all areas of employment law, from business reorganisations, redundancies and TUPE transfers, to unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination claims. I also regularly advise on employment contracts, company policies, settlement agreements and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
I have experience of advising large corporate entities on employment law issues, as well as smaller organisations and start-ups. In relation to individuals, I have advised senior individuals at major organisations and businesses on their employment, contractual issues and termination of employment.
