About Peter

Peter is a senior commercial and technology lawyer, having worked for many years in the City, including most recently for 7 years at RPC LLP, which won the prestigious title of Law Firm of the Year no fewer than three times during his tenure (British Legal Awards, The Lawyer and Halsbury). Peter's team also won the illustrious commercial team of the year award at the British Legal Awards. He advises start ups, FTSE 100 companies and businesses of all shapes and sizes in between across a range of industries and sectors including media and publishing, tech, telecomms, music, retail, e-commerce, financial services, professional services, outsourcing and manufacturing. Peter is acknowledged by his peers and clients as the consummate contract negotiator, always finding a way through for benefit of his clients and always working hard to protect their interests. Peter is supremely commercial, having benefited from a number of in-house secondments, including at Royal & Sun Alliance. While Peter understands the seriousness of the contracts he advises on, he tries not take himself too seriously and, through his down to earth, personable manner, seeks to ensure his clients enjoy the experience of working with him.

Peter was a breath of fresh air - balancing our commercial objectives with legal obligations rather than getting bogged down with unnecessary jargon or legalese. He was super responsive and a pleasure to work with!
