Nimble is a modern, boutique firm based in Dubai. Both founding partners have experience working at international firms in the US and UK and they pride themselves on being able to provide high quality legal services without the inefficiencies of the traditional law firm model. Nimble operates a lean model, bringing together teams as needed from a small pool of carefully selected lawyers who either operate as part of Nimble or as external consultants. A separate division of the Nimble business is focused exclusively on developing new technologies for the legal sector to help increase efficiencies and reduce costs. A combination of the above means that Nimble is generally able to offer fixed, capped and alternative fee arrangements that make them 30-40% cheaper than larger international law firms in the UAE without compromising on the quality of legal advice or levels of service provided. Nimble's areas of practice focuses on two complementary offerings: Corporate transactional work (including mainstream corporate and M&A work, regulatory and licensing and commercial contract) and dispute resolution.
