In addition, Sara advises and assists her clients generally; helping them with a range of problems from employment law to drafting contracts, to competition law.

Sara has helped her clients in the fields of liability and insurance law relating to national and international transportation (water, air, road, rail transport). Sara supports her clients both with their strategic vision and their more day to day legal challenges, such as employment contracts, service contracts, mandates, franchise agreements, defence of liability claims, liens, review of general terms and conditions, competition law, and debt enforcement.

She is also able to represent her clients' interest before state courts and arbitration tribunals, whether bringing or defending claims, as well as extrajudicial settlement negotiations.

About their firm

mbh are a specialist law firm located in Z├╝rich, with connections worldwide that advise on legal issues with your business in mind. They can assist across a broad spectrum of legal needs, from establishing a branch, to running your business, through to dispute resolution. They think and work across borders; a real advantage to their clients that reflects how they think about the world and their business. They have both a transnational make-up and approach and have gained considerable professional experience not only under the Swiss legal system but also under English, German, Austrian and Liechtenstein law. They are especially very familiar with recent legislation and the developments in the European Union. They can render seamless, one-stop advice without the need to appoint further local counsel and can (depending on the area) give English, German, Austrian and Liechtenstein advice, with no need to look further. Even where cross-border or multi-jurisdictional advice is not required, their understanding of other jurisdictions helps us to understand the concerns of our clients that come from them. Experience and knowledge of case law in other jurisdictions also helps to understand their clients' position better and to use legal arguments that a lawyer experienced in one jurisdiction may not have thought about.
