Established in 1953 in Brentwood, Essex, Sanders Witherspoon has been committed to excellence — in legal advice and in client care. We are proud that a high number of clients return to us year after year and consider us their "family" or "in-house" solicitors. Our mindset has seen us develop into a leading Essex law firm, with close links to leading London barristers and other specialists. With offices near Chelmsford, we represent many clients who commute in and out of London, as well as families and businesses throughout Essex.
We have the resources to deliver cost-effective advice in a wide range of legal disciplines. We aim to provide a one-stop legal service to individuals, families and businesses. Despite our growth and development, we still have the feel of a much smaller firm: personal attention, sensitivity and an emphasis on serving the local community all matter to us. At our Brentwood offices, we encourage a friendly and inviting atmosphere with modern, comfortable facilities and disabled access. And when we say "Clients first" — we mean it. When you come to see us, we put your interests and needs before everything else. We never make assumptions. Instead we will listen to you carefully before advising you on your legal position — that's a promise.
Our lawyers have between them a wealth of legal knowledge and background, and all are specialists in their subjects. We offer a great range of legal services including Civil Litigation and disputes, Employment, Consumer, Business Advice, Conveyancing (both residential and commercial), Commercial, Motoring law, Criminal law, Wills, Trusts and Probate, and Family law. As a firm we are accountable to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and each of us is a member of the Law Society. Our property team is recognised by the Conveyancing Quality Scheme and our family solicitors are members of Resolution and the Law Society's Family Law panel. Tim and his team kept me informed throughout the process. Explaining each step and giving appropriate advice at each step. He was aware of the sensitive nature and the emotional drain on the family and was sympathetic and very professional. I would recommend Tim to any of my friends and family as he was very fair and easy to talk to and very understanding throughout the 4 year process . We were successful in our claim. Thank you on behalf of our family.
I can certainly recommend the services of Mr Timothy Gir to anybody who is looking for advice and support in terms of any legal business they need on a personal or business level. I had spoken to several lawyers before Tim and none were as transparent or straightforward in explaining what was quite complex advice. He works closely with excellent legal council and together they were a formidable package for my case reaching a swift and cost effective solution. Can't thank them enough.
We found Tim to be very professional, sympathetic, clear with his advice and timeline with how long the process was likely to take. He also was very honest with the chances of being successful/getting the outcome we desired. The outcome was what we we wanted and we are very grateful for Tim's effort in achieving this. Unfortunately being involved in over 40 court cases in the last 9 years,I feel anialated emotionally, spiritually, physically & financially making me cynical regarding the legal profession With all the bad advice and money spent Iv become rather adept knowing a thing or two about it, This being said, I’m truly hand on heart, so pleased to have met Tim. I genuinely trust him & feel he cares, having a great moral compass whilst actually getting the job that needs doing done. I feel In safe hands.
