About Will

Will is a partner in the banking team at Foot Anstey. Will acts for both borrowers and lenders in financing transactions. The majority of Will's work has been in corporate banking including general corporate facilities, leveraged acquisition finance and asset based finance as well as investment and development property finance. Will's practice has encompassed bilateral and syndicated arrangements and cross border security structures. Will is part of the Islamic finance team (the largest Islamic finance team outside of London) advising on sharia compliant structures for banks and investors.

Recent transactions include acting for a group of investors in connection with the acquisition of an office property in London to be converted into residential accommodation, advising a bank on a restructure of a leveraged finance facility, acting for a fund putting in place cross border loan and security arrangements for a borrower in the asset based lending sector and providing advice to a bank on facilities to a developer of high end residential properties.
