About Kamal
During his time in private practice he has assisted with numerous acquisitions and disposals for large corporates (national and international); drafting and negotiating carbon credit and offtake agreements, and has defended large companies who were being prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive and the Environment Agency. He has advised a number of very large organizations including mining companies; developers; utilities and construction companies; waste treatment companies; and large domiciliary care providers. Kamal has also project managed a number of larger assignments (especially those with a European element) which involve cross-jurisdictional issues.
Kamal was repeatedly recognised for legal services in two leading legal directories (Chambers and Partners and Legal 500). He was voted UK Health and Safety Lawyer of the Year in Finance Monthly’s Global Awards 2016.
